Returns & Exchanges

At Dermalogica, we stand behind every product we sell, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all promotional gifts or samples included with the purchase are also returned to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
